Production times are approximately 4-6 weeks after final sample approval of the virtual rendition or, a pre-production sample, where applicable. This does not include shipping time.
- What are your shipping lead times?
Shipping by ocean is approximately 35-40 days, while air freight is approximately 7-10 days.
- What artwork format do you prefer?
Any vector format such as Adobe Illustrator, PDF or EPS is preferred. If you are not able to send artwork using any of the above methods, an artwork charge of $25.00 per hour, not to exceed two hours, will apply.
- How long will it take to get my custom samples?
Samples can take anywhere from 7-14 days. We can also provide images of pre-production samples to hasten the approval process.
- Do I pay for duty and other USA customs charges?
All prices quoted include duties and all required taxes. Pricing also includes ocean freight shipping. Air freight is available at an additional cost.
